The 1986 episode of Top of The Pops shows the beginning of the decline of the 80s pop scene. And it started with changing the TOTP titles to that computer graphic abomination. And Simon Mayo. #totp

My belief in how the later eighties pop chart went to poop was reinforced by a dreadful Top of The Pops 88 episode yesterday. Apart from a couple of re-released classic tracks everything else was bloody awful. #totp
