I finally finished a little project I've been working on. It's a mini ofrenda that I made for my dad, Serge. He was an electrician who loved disco, wood working, welding, and who managed to cut off a finger (and a half) AFTER he retired from his heavy machinery job. Good job, Papa 👍

hey if you're someone interested in flatting/coloring comics, this is a great resource. very few people know how to do it correctly, and it's not difficult but it IS more technically intensive than most people assume! these are useful skills!

You can't make this up. I emailed @jukeboxprint.bsky.social about how disappointed I am in them now encouraging their customers to use generative Ai to "create" stickers. This was their response.

Things have been a little terrible lately but we're about to watch a sing-a-long version of Kpop Demon hunters in a theatre, so that helps a lot.

I think the next time I'm working on a graphic novel I'll keep track of everything I listen to/watch while actively working on it. It'd probably be a neat snapshot to look back at later. Maybe print it out and put it in the comp copy I keep?

It's pretty cool to see a title that I did the pre-press/production for (Avatar the Last Airbender: The Search) in the new game, Tiny Bookshop (@tinybookshopgame.com)! I absolutely love the inclusion of so many graphic novels and comics! #tinybookshop

Getting a key made is definitely something I took for granted in the city, good lord. The nearest key cutting machine is an hour and a half ferry ride away. Guess I have to find a locksmith? I think???
