Getting a new phone and logging back into every app is a horrid experience created to perpetuate an endless cycle of tech-wealth consumerism. Granted, my grandfather fought in WW2 so I suppose I can conquer the evils of my day too.

If my elders are going to use dehumanizing language and rationalizations for the pain this administration is causing they aren't going to get any respect from me.

Thankful for Bishop Budde's words to the President today. His comment that her service was "not very good" shows us his heart is not open to the correction of the Spirit.

Dyche certainly has struggles this year, but I'm not celebrating his sacking. The guy brought us out of some dire straights over the last two seasons. The Toffees have been struggling to find momentum but I'm not sure throwing leadership into chaos right now will help

If the sign of a civilized society is, as is famous attributed to Market Mead; a healed femur because that shows a society that cares and helps one another heal. Then what does it say about us that we have devised an entire market around making it as hard as possible for anyone's femur to ever heal?

The reason I don’t want a “Christian nation” isn’t because I’m against Christianity.
It’s because I’ve studied church history in depth and learned the tremendous harm caused by the church crawling into bed with the empire.
Separation of church and state is best for everyone.
