Haven't done one of these in a while, so I thought I'd just go with whatever came to mind. No clever theme or anything.

I work on multiple board games and have one that's furthest along and tested, but given the uncertainty of tariffs, have been refocusing on the few that are only cards for self-publishing. Has anyone else made similar pivots in light of these industry challenges?

@ianotoole.bsky.social sorry if this has been asked of you a million times, but when you do art/design for a boardgame, when do you tend to switch to CMYK? Do you start CMYK from the beginning or as a final step?

I think my favorite games of 2024 were Andromeda's Edge, Unconscious Mind, and Imperium Horizons (that one almost feels like cheating) + honorable mention to Compile. Great quick little dueler! Just finished a game of Civolution and could've had potential to be on that list had I played it in 2024.

My aim is to primarily share posts related to my projects whether they be art, board game design, music, graphic novels or whatever I find my way into.

I look forward to meeting folks with those shared interests/pursuits.
