@gwr.com Why have you decided to claim multiple peak time high speed trains from Paddington no longer stop at Reading. They were always very full so it's not feasible to condense them into fewer trains

Hello to my new edu-sky followers! For those who I've not met, I've been a DfE civil servant for 16 years and am currently the senior official responsible for DfE's work on teacher and school leader CPD. My teams have overseen delivery of ECF and the new NPQs and advise ministers on CPD policy.
