Anyone into long-form instrumental music? If so, I recommend a listen to and hopefully a purchase of Astronomia, the new album by Brett Lewis, which was part recorded at The Beacon, Mike Oldfield’s home back in the 70’s.

A little late, but hey there’s never a bad time to listen to Fairytale of New York.
Thrown together by ‘Kite’ very quickly over the weekend before Christmas in remote, lockdown style. youtu.be/cBHvjptH2x0?...

Great song Tim. Joined a band last year (Kite) to play Kirsty MacColl’s songs, many I’d not heard before. They’re all fab and I love playing the bass on them.

Ive tried, but I can’t like the new top. Was the design inspired by your nan’s tea towels?
