My feet size is 13 but my trainer size now are 14 because I wear my splint but that is getting so hard to put my trainer on with my splint and is so tight, Do I then go to size 15 as in February was going to buy some new trainers

I did my UCL team last night and made my 2 transfers
1 was Van de ven but stupid me I forgot to move him into my team as he is on my bench as only noticed at 4pm today but that 3.30pm game now pissed me off

My Tesco delivery driver the other day asked how my leg was, I was wearing my ankle brace and he was quite shocked when I told him the evening I slipped my disc in my back I was totally paralysed down my left side from my bum to my foot ,
My left foot and calf is still 50% Numb and I have foot drop
