一看到大家画的很好看我就会有自杀的想法，觉得自己还不够努力，总有种激进想要去超越的念头，其实这样很不好。。。

其他地方不敢说只敢在这里说，我其实是一个有很严重自杀倾向的人，我能控制自己不去做出伤害自己的行为，但是也很痛苦。同时社交平台也给我带来了焦虑。为了我的身体健康，我以后会减少更新。
