i just read a book, the herbwitch's apprentice, and it's a cute young adult fantasy that helped me pass the time. i think it's the first book i've read in 2025 (apart from the ao3 fics 😬) and im gonna give it 3.5/5 stars. it's cute and short, the main character is soo likeable +

there's also the thing where during poseidon's songs, we can hear some electric guitars to show how he mirrors ody's ruthlessness (if he continues with that path and in the end, at least in 600 strike na, he does)
