Check out this blog post from @cgdev.org on the USAID cuts. It is shocking to see the small percentage of funding allocated to basic education and then to find that an estimated 99% of that has been cut.

This @npr.org story jumped out at us, as Child Aid-Guatemala also encountered “whole group instruction.” We too train teachers in using focused groups and interactive teaching. And now in Louisiana, similar positive results with underserved populations.
