Decided to suspend my gym membership for the winter. Building had limited facilities that will work and I’ll see about reactivating in the spring. Not worth having a membership I may not use during the winter months.

This turned out good

Had a nice little workout today.

Definitely one of those days I had to force myself to go to the gym.

Doing the treadmill and I think time has slowed down.

Been on PTO for a week. Back to work tomorrow.
