Since I quit smoking I’ve changed my eating habits and have been trying to exercise more. Cutting mostly gluten out for healthier alternatives I’ve lost weight rapidly and it stays off. I’m 46 years old though so there’s some things I’m sure my body just won’t be able to change at this point.
