I'm in bed with a fever, but unfortunately was raised in a household that never believed in taking rest when you were sick (but also i couldn't ever afford taking a day off if i was) so now having time to sit and recover just makes me feel like an anxious piece of shit lol help

Been feeling on the edge of full blown depression, finally talked to an irl friend about it and they graciously offered to let me come cowork with them (we both wfh freelancers) so I get some productive socializing in during the day. Just the offer made me feel lighter and less alone 😭
