Things have been very difficult for my family and I since losing my mother and we've struggled for food and other important things since our monthly checks that are pretty much used up by bills. Any kind of help would be appreciated.

I notice that as a provider that over the past few years, I've opted to use "barrier" as language instead of "disability." For me with my lived experience, my mental health has always been a barrier to overcome rather than something that disables my life. I think my clients should feel the same.
