Elderly, injured and disabled people should be able to live in regular apartments and homes with the same rules as the able bodied. They should get better quality housing and maintenance

If you want the disabled and elderly to “stop complaining” , the government needs to treat everyone equal. There shouldn’t be nearly as many rules
