Yet again our sales team here at checkatrade have been told to get trades to sign on to our platform no matter what. Hmm they doesnt sound right 🤔🤔

Call our staff here at checkatrade and abuse us! Weve been told we must no longer disconnect calls from rude, swearing customers - even if they call us a c**t we have to put up with it and say "im sorry you feel that way"! Thats because we look after our staff here.

We also have a bonus scheme for our office staff however we make the targets so impossible we rarely have to pay them out.

Remember here at #checkatrade we don't actually check the trades like we say we do, well we check every 10th application but the other 9 cowboys are automatically applied to join our platform.

This is typical of the culture with us here at #checkatrade. Our staff loved working from home and the flexibility thay came with it, productivity was up yet we decided to ask our staff back to the office and when we asked why they couldn't give us an answer. #checkyourstaffcheckatrade

Here at checkatrade we care more about the staff in our London office more than the Portsmouth office although thats probably because our CEO is based in London and never visits Portsmouth. Naughty naughty man, we will smack his bum! #checkatrade

Check out our employee reviews on Glassdoor. It gives a real insight into how bad it really is to work for us. Record breaking profits but no room for pay rises. Unless you're thr CEO with all his mates he's employed who don't have a clue. Checkatrade was a trusted name but no any more.
