I've been trying to be better with being less negative but I've really taken a massive step back these few weeks. I've allowed my pain to make me bitter rather than overcome it a stronger person. Right now I'm not someone im happy being alone with and I have to re evaluate everything.

Something I always try to keep in mind is that a bad day is just a bad day. I used to be really hard on myself. But I've learned that all you have in this life is yourself and it's so important to exercise self compassion. And exercise literally lol. No one can save you but yourself
