Thinking of Surya Bonaly this week while watching the backflip return to Olympic ice. She was the first to land it on one blade in Olympic competition in Nagano in 1998. I will never forget how I jumped up and screamed seeing her do it live.

I set up some spots in my galley with eye bolts. I the use a fish fighting belt that I can manage myself around hooking and unhooking which keep me in place. It is very supportive as well.

My insurance company denied medication my Dr. prescribed for me. I was able to fill it and pay out of pocket at @mcuban.bsky.social's Cost Plus Drugs. It was super easy and super inexpensive. Thank you Mark for caring more about helping us than feeding your ego. 🙏🙇♂️

Makes me sad re-reading this amazing letter from ex-Watergate Special Prosecutor Archibald Cox sent to high school seniors in 1994 after they asked him “What should Americans learn from Watergate?” 20 years later in ‘94.
His answer is remarkable—unfortunately things didn’t work out so well in 2024.

We did this with the women sailing community on Facebook, started so small now 23.6k members. Not the same I know, but I remember learning to sail while also studying Geology in university, both doors seemed barely open to me in 1971.
