As part of our 10th anniversary and CBS Awareness Day this November, we’re joining Beacon Vision for a Breath & Sensory Meditation Workshop on 20 Nov. 🌿

Free sessions at 2.30pm & 4.30pm — come unwind and feel the difference a deep breath can make. ✨
