Lauren / thesalad's OC, Njoki, is a black woman whose design is inspired by clouds. Specifically, noctilucent clouds, which are night shining clouds that have a bit of a glow to them. The colors in this sketch are deep purples, electric blues, and some neon purples and blues dotted sporadically throughout the clouds that make up her hair. She has starry freckles shining across her cheeks and nose faintly glowing. Parts of the clouds are dissipating into a starry night sky.

There are 15 squares with the same sketch in a range of black to grey. Two color combinations are in the top left and I'm taking that and applying it to the sketch.

Was able to sneak one more stream in before I go visit family. Just continuing another portrait study. 🌷

There should be a workout accountability group for artists ...

like if you skip a planned session, you have to finish a WIP.

30 mins of working out vs 5 hrs staring at a piece you lost all emotional connection to and now you're a necromancer trying to revive it.
