As a CHA patient, you can now schedule your next primary care visit in MyChart, our patient portal. You can get a wellness visit, a non-urgent visit, an urgent visit for your child, or even a telehealth visit. Just log into MyChart and click on “Schedule an Appointment” to get started.

Today and tomorrow are going to be brutally cold. Visit a local library to stay warm during the day. For overnight protection, local warming centers include Cambridge at the back entrance of 437 Green St. (7pm-7am), Somerville at 42 Prescott St. (5pm-8am) & Malden at 529 Eastern Ave. (7pm-7:30am).

At CHA, our first priority is always the health and wellbeing of our patients. This year, our annual managers’ clothing drive collected $5,400 worth of clothing for CHA’s most vulnerable patients. We received 45 winter coats, 89 sweatshirts/sweatpants, 47 hats/gloves & 61 pairs of underwear.

The giving continues! Primary Care at One Cabot (formerly Union Square Family Health) held an annual gift drive for the Greater Somerville Homeless Coalition - Project SOUP Toy Drive. Administrative Coordinator Colleen Cappucci has led this effort for several years. Thank you to all who donated!

This holiday season, we're deeply grateful to the leadership of @liuna Laborers Local 380, who hosted a toy and art supply drive for CHA’s pediatric patients, providing an integral part of group programming, socialization––and most importantly, providing fun and laughter for our youngest patients.
