Year 14: day 139: My Little Miss alter ego

My shoulder has dislocated a few times since Sunday morning, which is never ideal, let alone when travelling. After barely sleeping last night, today was a mandatory rest day. I have not been grumpy about it though, instead finding joy and humour in little things. I am lucky to have a Bill who supports, cares and champions me. I had a lovely Christmas with family and soon I will be reunited with my Trudy dog. Of course it would have been lovely if I hadn’t lived with disability my whole adult life but that is not the cards that I was dealt so I might as well enjoy the life I have. And I am looking forward to a quiet evening with Bill and an early night!
