Heard bluesky is the new spot for indie devs, I’m Cesco, an indie dev creating games in Unity and Godot. Recently finished a lacrosse sim/autobattler and am now working on a Cold War card game. I can’t wait to see everyone’s projects—share yours so I can follow along! #indiedev #gamedev #indiegames
Finished my first game in Godot this week just in time for my first #screenshotsaturday!

Really happy with how this came out visually, went for a Cold War theme, was a fun challenge reimagining Faro as a single player arcade experience

There’s so many different thoughts online and a lot discussing the possibility of injecting malware through improper save systems it’s concerning - I’m experimenting with config and JSON right now but haven’t been able to test any webGL builds yet to see how they perform

Question for all the #godot experts on Bluesky

Is there a general consensus for the best save/load method?

Preferably for both webGL and regular builds

hello gamedev bluesky, does anyone have a game audio/sound design starter-pack they recommend?

Diving into the audio side of gamedev and hoping to find some inspiration! #gamedev

Made this simple scene transition in Godot today and I'm pretty proud of how how it came out!

I'm still learning Godot since recently switching over from Unity-would love to hear some new tips/tricks you have on scene transitions!
