This was the state of my day today. Had a migraine building yesterday and overnight. Was nauseous overnight with the migraine. Ibuprofen or acetaminophen (alternating) for pain relief, and dimenhydrinate for the nausea.
The nausea eased off around 11 this morning & the migraine has been downgraded

Had lunch with my cousin at Casablanca (a Moroccan restaurant in St. John’s, NL 🇨🇦). Had a Falafel Wrap and this fruit tart for dessert. Very yummy. Highly recommend.

Yesterday my cousin and I went up George Cove Mountain Trail [Holyrood, NL] late afternoon for the sunset. Beautiful views with the fall colours. The smell of the woods, the nice clean, crisp air was calming. Not a long trail (0.6km long, a height elevation est. at 48m / 157.4 ft) #autumncolours🍂🍁
