I have a goal. It may not seem like much, but it’s a thing for me.
Before I moved & defended, I weighed between 145 and 150lbs. That was in 2021. In 2022, I had two MAJOR stressors and I gained a LOT of weight (I was up to 194lbs when I got to OR). My current weight is 169; my goal is 150 by 8/7/25
