Logician in a pandemic of illogic. Could be a Republican but refuse to follow them into Qrazy Traitorville. Enjoying the trip through nature on the way to eternity.

Trump will be a potemkin president. His intellect, attention span and energy are wholly inadequate to the job, and the administration’s decisions will mostly be made around him by zealots…which is exactly what groups like Project 2025 and Peter Thiel were counting on.
Crowds one deep at Trump’s “Perade,” with the other side of the street almost empty. Any Mardi Gras parade in New Orleans would fold in shame if it got crowds this small and lame.

And at Mardi Gras, Kings are welcomed!
It’s 6:04 p.m. in D.C., and we have parading. Crowd has filled in a bit at the route front, but mainly one deep along Constitution Avenue.

The only potential shift would be low-info voters who went Trump because inflation sucks and 2019 seemed ok, and now are reminded that "Oh yeah, this guy breaks promises and brings chaos to everything." It MIGHT be enough. We're still a couple of months from tariff inflation shifting a larger bloc.

“Given your significant role in prosecuting the President, I do not believe that the leadership of the Department can trust you to assist in implementing the President’s agenda faithfully.”

Note to hotels and travel search sites such as Expedia:

If you advertise a hotel as "pet friendly" but which has a $75 fee for a small dog or cat, it's not actually pet friendly. Travel sites should apply a reasonable cost limit ($20?) to their pet friendly search filter.

Just spitballing, but rather than Trump insisting the Senate shouldn’t confirm his nominees and that the FBI shouldn’t do background checks…

Couldn’t he just appoint people for whom this wouldn’t be a problem? It’s a big country with lots of qualified, law-abiding people.
