That all said: I love that for the 5 years between the pilot and S1, Alastor was the resident fandom bad boy and top dog.

Idk, just, as an avid OC storyteller myself, I feel like by the mid point of a season, the main plot should have advanced more?
I thought the plot was: The angels can die, what now?
So far three of the 4 released episodes said the story is: Pause for character backstory and really not much else
