Cass is a SAM because his mother was a Doman samurai and so were her ancestors! The katana he uses is actually a family heirloom! He learned from his mother when he was very young, picked up PLD while traveling with his father & twin, then returned to SAM partway through HW, teaching himself mostly.

Cass is a SAM because his mother was a Doman samurai and so were her ancestors! The katana he uses is actually a family heirloom! He learned from his mother when he was very young, picked up PLD while traveling with his father & twin, then returned to SAM partway through HW, teaching himself mostly.
I knew nothing about ffxiv lore at the time. Didn't even think that I'd get bit by the wol loving disease bug.
I thought the dragon people were cool lmfao
Now Cass has an entire family and story about how he (and his twin brother) ended up in Eorzia :D
