Today we filed a lawsuit against Eurochem, one of the world’s largest fertilizer producers, after our investigation uncovered its failure to report billions of pounds of chemical substances imported into the United States to the U.S. EPA.

The smoke shop clerk is right. It is illegal to sell fruit and candy flavored nicotine products in California. But 45% of the California stores we visited sold us flavored nicotine pouches illegally.

Smog pollution harms people in the worst ways possible. It’s imperative that Trump’s EPA uphold its duty to protect public health by acting immediately, as the law requires.
