Feeling dejected, people are leaving my org, hiring is frozen, and a lot of institutional knowledge, good and bad, is walking out. It's not my fault, but I am feeling the hits.

Opening shift at the medical library tells me med students are more morning people than I am, although it might just be lack of coffee due to cat feeding at friend's place.
