I'd stopped making yoghurt as my milk thermometer had broken.
So I winged it last night and success!
Strained off the whey so obviously had to make scones.
"For science" I baked 2 in the air fryer. Slightly darker but same crumb.
Next to try is freezing unbaked scones so I can bake as required.

I knew the pothos needed a new support system so I've macramed 3 hoops together which can hang from the picture rail. It's a little wonky but it looks better than I hoped.
