Been on my ADHD meds for 3(?) days now and I gotta say I feel great. I feel calm and less anxious although maybe too calm lol. A stranger came into my house and I wasn’t even startled. It was the maintenance crew who I had given permission to enter the premises if I didn’t answer the door but—

Anxiety disorder is being managed so my psych decided we could try medication for my ADHD now and of course I forgot to get them at the pharmacy. Somebody remind me to pick them up on Monday if I forget 😂
