I totally agree British Royals should not be put in this position but it has been so for decades. I'm pretty sure Queen Elizabeth was put in many awkward positions by her various governments too. Other than being strategically ill I don't think get much choice. My apologies for misunderstanding

I read your comment as saying William had links with Epstein which your newspaper account does not support. William and Catherine have expressed their concern and support for the victims. He's not in a position of seniority to do anything else

Because it's forcing a rethink. When the WI and the Girl Guides are having to stand up and say this us what your law means and we must follow it as charities. Then they will have to improve the writing of the law

I'm probably not going to be popular but I'm really pleased the Supreme Court took such a literal interpretation. Our laws have to have clarity so they can't be abused. So many have been rushed without proper committee oversight and the SC has pointed out the idiocy of what they passed into law.

So my French husband has worked all his life in the UK HE sector yet would not be entitled to a state pension at 67? Mine would also be removed as we live in the same household?? Madness?
