💡Our new study on 𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗮𝗼𝘀–𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗻𝗮𝗺 𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 shows: Even in commercialised systems, subsistence farming remains vital for rural incomes.
Findings point to structural drivers – commodity chains & land-use governance – calling for systemic policy responses.
