PC is still down and out but here something from a zosan band fic I've been working on. Finally writing a fic where Sanji actually has functional emotional intelligence and Zoro's the one who's a fucking mess.
A screenshot of a fanfic: The door rattles as three harsh knocks break the peace of their evening. Zoro hesitates, already knowing what's going to happen. Zoro gets the door. “Are you serious?” The blond man gawks. “What?” He pinches his nose bridge, “It is ten o'clock at night, why the fuck are you—” Luffy's practice chords interrupt the man's complaints. He frowns. “Why is your roommate playing guitar?” Zoro leans against the doorframe, crossing his arms, “To get better,” he smirks, “Duh.” “Listen, you shitty mossheaded idiot, I just worked open to close for the third night in a row and all I want is to sleep.” “And?” A second screenshot of a fanfic: “Fucking— plug headphones into the amp or something!” his face is starting to turn a ugly shade of red that has Zoro thinking of other ways he can piss off the man. “Shh—” Zoro puts a finger to his lips, “People are sleeping.” “Holy shit, you're insufferable!” Zoro just smiles. “Zoro, who's at the door?” Luffy finally wanders over. Zoro calls over his shoulder, “Just that shitty neighbor that reported us to the building.” “Oh!” Luffy pries him out of the doorway, “Sorry! I didn't know we got a new neighbor!” The blond blinks down at Luffy, his anger fading at his apology, “Ah, it's fine. Just please keep it down.” “No, thank you!” Luffy smiles up at him. Zoro snorts. “What?” “We have a show next month, so I gotta practice!” “Can't you just—” Luffy cuts him off with a sad pout, “If the music bothers you, then I don't think this is the right apartment for you.” “Are you fucking—!” the guy looks like he could strangle Luffy, the possibility is is lightning up synapses in Zoro's brain. “Regardless,” Zoro cuts in, “I'm going to bed which means he's going to stop for the night. Don't report us again,” he's not sure they'll be able to get another apartment considering how incapable Luffy is of holding down a job. The blond throws his hands in the air, “Whatever,” and retreats to his own apartment. True to his word, Zoro makes Luffy stop fucking around so that he can sleep.
