Mowbray is a lovely bloke but I don’t think he has it in him any more. But too old school now. He was a brilliant speaker and person when we had him but he really should have got the team he had in the play offs. Maddison, Henderson, Joe Cole, etc.

He absolutely - just listening to a fan’s forum from the owner and he basically fell out with the assistant manager and then wouldn’t appoint a proper replacement. I wouldn’t have him. He was the right person at the right time for us. Don’t think he has flexibility to do it elsewhere.
