On October 15, 2025, the City of Las Vegas announced an update to the judicial position being vacated by Judge Susan Roger. Roger is set to retire on November 4, 2025. Those interested in the position may apply online through midnight on Oct. 26, 2025.

On October 15, 2025, the City of Las Vegas announced an update to the judicial position being vacated by Judge Susan Roger. Roger is set to retire on November 4, 2025. See The Las Vegas City Council has extended the application period for those interested in serving as an interim Las Vegas Municipal Court judge. The council also voted to make the position an interim caretaker, meaning applicants would consent not to run for the post next year.
