Itʻs that time of year when schools/educators and others purposefully forget that NOT everyone celebrates Christian holidays.. and Thanksgiving portrayals with pilgrims etc. is wrong. Elem. students will go along with participating because they donʻt want to be singled out. JUST STOP and be aware.

They finally tore down the house where Joseph Kahahawai was murdered by the racist Massies. Honor Killing by Stannard is a great place to start to learn more. Knowing about Kahahawai, Kollin Elderts provides a new lens for centuries old embedded racism. US push in Hawaii now as well.
