A free 5km timed walk or run at 9:00 on Saturday mornings in the beautiful Mountsfield Park, Catford. The #parkrun starts by the bandstand at the top of the hill.

Catford #parkrun 334 saw 213 finishers & 4 dogs in muddy, slippery conditions - there were 44 1st timers, with five doing their very 1st parkrun. Despite the conditions 11 managed PBs! As always, a massive thank you to the 29 volunteers who made it all happen!

New Year’s Day #parkrun at Catford saw 185 runners & walkers finish in frosty conditions. There were 40 1st timers, including 2 doing their 1st ever #parkrun, welcome! A massive thank you to the 26 volunteers who got up early to make sure parkrun happened.
