My doggy is really getting the hang of being off leash; he checks in, has excellent recall, doesn’t explore too far. I’m really raising an amazing son 🥹🐶

Self awareness is incredibly attractive. Someone who understands their patterns, their triggers, their strengths, it means they’re doing the inner work. It tells me you’re capable of reflection and growth, and most of all, responsibility. All very sexy imo 🥰

Taking care of myself lately looks like choosing less over more. I’ll explain. I have a tendency to approach everything at full intensity, going to the extreme. That included my skincare. I overused my retinol and ended up with a chemical burn bad enough to land me in emerg last night.
