Listen, whatever you think of #zootopia2 the expression work the animators did is nothing short of astounding. It's the first time I've seen Disney CG #animation take a genuine leap forward in decades.

Disney has always been a company I can take or leave, I'm pretty indifferent to it, but on occasion they will surprise me...just like they did with Zootopia, and I'm equally shocked at the level of quality we're getting out of Zootopia 2. Highly recommend...

Max Payne 3 may have it's issues, and is, frankly, the weakest game in the series, BUT the airport sequence is probably one of the best sequences in gaming.

Skyrim has ruined the RPG community. Playing Outer Worlds 2 with its intentional difficulty, build specificity, flaws, and smaller denser maps, it is, in every way, anti-skyrim. Trading in boring convenience for compelling failure. I WANT resistance in my games.

Finally getting into Outer Worlds 2, everything feels like a step up, except I miss the wackier tone of the first game. I know that's not a popular opinion, but as a big fan of absurdism, I wish it would have kept that tone.

So I once heard it said that one of the reasons that Sony didn't have a mascot like Nintendo or Xbox is because it had too many to choose from. In many ways I agree, Sweet Tooth, Crash, Spyro, Jak, Kratos...But I also think that's an oversimplification of Xbox's reliance on Halo.

So going back and looking at #Tron Legacy reviews makes me realize how time can be very kind to what are seen as pretty abysmal movies at the time. Now, Legacy is considered a FX movie masterpiece. So...yeah Ares was fun, and I think time will be kind to it.
