Alright, that’s it I’m ready to go back to another festival. Already feels to long since the last one.

Ahh Halloween 🎃 the best of days to be spooky and hit a PR in the gym. Four months ago never thought I’d put up 800lbs in three lifts let alone at 170lbs. Just proof that if you go after what you want things will turn in your favor if you keep at it!

Take me back to better times, surrounded by the energy and hype of the crowd.

Never be afraid to go for the person you want to be in your life. Things might not always work out, but sometimes the changes can be amazing. In my case body dysmorphia made me almost quit the gym, but good friends helped me see the results were happening and to keep holding strong.

Also, one last big component of me as a person!
