I was thinking of the old timey British expression "you're a brick", meaning a good, helpful supportive person. We all need to be bricks. We can either use our "bricks" to smash individual windows, or we "bricks" can band together, & create an impenetrable bulwark/wall against authoritarian rulers.

With all of Trump's obsession with 'greatness', why does he not remember Reagan's reoccurring line, "America is great, because she is good" ? Now, America is being viewed from within & without as being malicious, petty, disloyal, vengeanceful, evil & downright cruel, for cruelty's sake.

If Trump, as he claims, "likes winners, & doesn't like losers" why then is he so ADAMANT about returning Confederate statues. (LOSERS!) and returning the names of LOSERS to Military bases? Ft. Hood should be Ft. Thomas, who was a Virginian, who DID NOT commit treason & thumped Hood at Nashville.

So, US taxpayers are paying over $10 million for Trump's vanity trip to Scotland. How much of that is going to go directly into Trump's pocket for, as usual, his WAY overcharging Secret Service for room & board while they are there protecting him?

Everyone (who is not as old as I who actually remember) should read Ted Kennedy's REASONS why no one should confirm Bork for SCOTUS. How prescient. Unfortunately the Judges confirmed after Bork have been MUCH worse, & have been fulfilling Kennedy's fears. BTW, Thomas replaced Bork, who died in 2012.

So, let's get this straight, Trump's great trade deal with Vietnam is obligating Americans to pay btwn 20-40% tax on goods coming from Vietnam, and Vietnam doesn't pay anything extra for goods coming from US? Guess intent is to not buy from Vietnam, but Americans are still the ones getting screwed!

Ever since Covid, I feel as if I have been living in a dystopian novel. Since Jan. 20th, it has gotten much, much worse. I cannot fall asleep,unless I put in my ear buds and listen to quiet music, otherwise my brain stays awake, grieving.

If you watched the Super Bowl, you saw that T-Mobile is now colluding with Musk's Starlink. The only thing that catches Musk's attention is losing money. ANYONE WHO HAS A T-MOBILE ACCOUNT, PLEASE SERIOUSLY CONSIDER CHANGING YOUR PROVIDER!!!!
