Manchester currently has one of the highest numbers of people sleeping rough outside of London.

As that number grows, we’re seeing a rise in referrals and no longer have any hosts available to take in single male guests.

If you can help, please send us a message or email info@refugeesathome.org.

After spending 50 nights sleeping rough at Euston station, Irfan reached out to Refugees at Home.

We put him in touch with our host, Clare, whose support he credits with saving his life.

Read his story in the latest edition of The Standard.

With temperatures predicted to fall as low as -7°C in the coming days, we need hosts now more than ever.

If you’re looking to kick-off the new year with kindness, hosting during the cold spell will make a huge difference to our guests during this critical time.
