People going shopping today need their head checked. Internet sales exist! I felt bad going into a cafe to get coffee because I needed to use the toilet. I despise Sunday trading laws apart from at Christmas when everything should be shut.

Mentally I have gee’d myself up to do Parkrun tomorrow. Physically, I have just had a plate of cheese and crackers for dinner. Not sure how the two selves will align.

I know it would be a minority but banter or not, it's disappointing as @beardedgenius.bsky.social has mentioned.
Especially when Arsenal are holding food bank collections prior to each men's and women's home game (except late eve) & trying to make a difference, everyone should be better aware imo.
