This Saturday, 15 March, I will be teaching a 75 minute nude yin yoga class for men online. We have a wonderful community of yogis who practice together on weekends. Prior yoga experience is necessary. 🧘🏼‍♂️🙏🏽

This weekend we had two online classes. With current events, some people are feeling an extra level of stress and tension. This can increase unhealthy levels of cortisol and adrenaline in the blood stream. We used physical effort and mental focus to find that quiet sweet spot internally.

During "dark" periods, your #yoga asana and #meditation practice offer you not only a safe time out but also the opportunity to explore your thoughts and process your emotions. Yogis believe that taking time out in this way allows you to emerge into the light as a more complete person. ~ Namaste'
