Some more fixes accross the whole board: Did some colouring regarding fuel tank-related parts on the non-ML&MW locomotives, added revision dates to *all* edited locomotives (including ML&MW!), and did some major spec work on the MP2006.

2 fixes on the Google Drive are now live: The drain tank on the M640 finally has a top (thats embarrassing), and the RSM-18 finally has the full template colour suite.
I'm surprised I havn't seen much use of these.
