It is remarkable how people will often vote against their own interests or their children’s interests because they want less taxes. Well, your schools might close and your kids and grandkids will be dumb, but you paid fifty bucks less in taxes, so yay.

I believe that in both college and pro football, every penalty should be reviewable, and every play should be reviewable for a missed penalty call.

OU needs to bench Mateer. He’s making bad decisions and bad throws. That’s not on him, though. It’s fully on Venables and the rest of the coaching staff for rushing him back.

The North Texas coaches are in over their heads against South Florida. They don’t know what to do and did not adequately prepare this team for a game that is winnable. This team is so much better than what we are seeing tonight and I, as a UNT alumni, demand accountability.

Texas losing to Florida is all the proof I need to know that nobody should be ranking teams until the middle of the season at the earliest.

If you’re a referee and cannot make a review on a call in under a minute, you don’t have the evidence to overturn it, so don’t.
