Mindfulness Norfolk water mill. There's been a mill on the Bure here at Buxton since Domesday Book (1086) and maybe even before that.

Even if you don't buy any books - it's a good way to have a look around Dragon Hall in Norwich.

1
God moves in a mysterious way,
His wonders to perform;
He plants his footsteps in the sea,
And rides upon the storm.

2
Deep in unfathomable mines
Of never-failing skill,
He treasures up his bright designs,
And works his sov'reign will.
William Cowper

The metal steps at Happisburgh were dismantled in 2012. The plinths which they stood on (shown here) are now 42 metres from the cliff edge. This means that the rate of erosion along this part of the Norfolk coast is 3.2m per year. Fascinating Captain.

Delighted to see my new selected edition of Anthony Thwaite’s poems (At the Garden’s Dark Edge, published by Baylor University Press) featured by George Szirtes in the Eastern Daily Press.
