Our work on late talkers' theory of mind, metaphor comprehension and language skills at age 9;0 (comparative to their TD peers within our longitudinal study) was recently published in #JSLHR @carinalueke.bsky.social 🥳📄
Findings indicate that "late talkers" can catch up with their typically developing peers in some areas of #language and theory of mind but that subtle differences remain across other complex areas.
